Simply stated Colonial Village Catering is based on service. We are a family owned business that has been around for well over thirty years. We pride ourselves on being able to customize our services to our customer’s needs. Whether you need corporate catering services, a wedding reception, BBQ Catering, or a one of a kind Special Event, Colonial Village has the talent and experience to impress your guests.

Colonial Village was created by Jerry and Peggy Jerome in the early 1970′s.  During those first years the business was focused on Long Beach Island, but quickly expanded to service most of Southern & Central New Jersey.  As Colonial Village’s customer base grew so did our abilities.  After years of success, Jerry validated his abilities by graduating from the Academy of Culinary Arts, in Mays Landing, New Jersey.  In the early 1980′s Jerry and Peggy acquired and cultivated Liberty Lake, a 60 acre picnic park.  The park served the Jerome family well for 25 years, and was the location for thousands of memorable events.
