With over 35 years’ experience in the BBQ business Colonial Village Catering has perfected the art of roasting a pig. Our experience ensures that you will have the tenderest, slow smoked, tastiest, pork you have ever eaten. Once our rotisserie smoker is onsite the aroma will set the stage for a great feast. Side Dishes?….We got em! You name it, your menu options are only limited by your own imagination.
